The Greater Winston-Salem Swimming Championships, aka "City Meet," have long been a fixture on the summer meet schedule in Forsyth County. Last year, the meet was renamed in honor of our beloved Associate Head Coach, Robin Jacobs, who passed away unexpectedly in January 2021. The meet is presented by The Richard W. Averill Foundation and hosted by the YMCA of Northwest North Carolina Riptyde Swim Team (TYDE). Whether you're an individual, masters swimmer, or a summer league team hoping to win the team championship, we have all the info you'll need to register, pre-order t-shirts, and join the Pirates of Bolton at this year's meet. Friday, June 24, 2022: Gate opens at 8:30 AM – NO TENTS WILL BE ALLOWED BEFORE THIS TIME. 6 & Under, 8 & Under, 9-10 age groups Warm up - 9:00 AM / Meet start - 10:00 AM 11-12, 13-14, Open age groups Warm up - 1:30 PM / Meet start - 2:30 PM |
