Waterford is proud to have the largest coaching staff in the League! We believe in a low swimmer to coach ratio, and mentoring our swimmers to one day lead the team they love!

Volunteer Coaches
For swimmers age 13 and older who are interested in a future coaching position, we encourage Volunteer coaching. Volunteer coaches help assistant coaches with the 10 & Under practices. We encourage mentoring and training of our older swimmers early so they are prepared to apply for coach positions later down the road! If your swimmer is interested, please have them talk to Head Coach Reese.
