Good Morning!

There was dancin', singin' and some fast swimmin' last night over at Clemmons West pool. We took the W and the final score was Waterford- 586 points, Clemmons West -312!!  The results from the meet are attached! Please remember to not be discouraged at any DQs that your swimmer may have received. These are coachable moments and teach them technique, which then turns to speed!  Thank you again for our volunteers who helped us keep the meet running smoothly! 

Today will be a lighter practice day for our swimmers as we don't want to wear anyone out before our meet at Brookberry tomorrow. We are waiting on meet information and will send that out today to those signed up!

- Tomorrow is also the day that SIGN-INS are due for our first home meet next week against Brookwood!! Break out those bangles, neon zumba pants, and side ponies because we will be encouraging everyone to dress in their favorite 80s/neon gear! 

-Ribbons are still be worked on at practice but we would love to have some help if anyone would like to place stickers and help us file, that'd be great! We tend to get pulled away at practice and would love the help!  Any remaining merchandise orders or team shirts will also be filed in the ribbon's box. 

-Picture day is Friday at 8:30am. Print out your form! We take our picture with the kids backs to the parking lot, we ask no one to park along the pool line where people typically pull right in! Last year's team photo is attached for reference if needed! 

- Finally, our Tyde-hosted Stroke Clinics AND pancake breakfast will be on Saturday! We would love for our families to RSVP for them on SwimTopia so we have a headcount. You do not need to be attending a stroke clinic to come down and enjoy pancakes with us! We will have some gluten free pancake options as well.
