We are looking for more Stroke Judges for this season! We can't hold a meet without a Waterford Stroke Judge. If you are interested, but intimidated, remember this is not the Olympics -- it's just summer swim team! The purpose of a Stroke Judge is to provide consistency and ensure that all swimmers across the League learn what is legal and what is not. The only DQ we like is Dairy Queen! To be trained, all you need to do is attend one of these clinics below: Stroke & Turn: May 18, 2023 7:00pm at Bermuda Run May 23, 2023 7:00pm at Brookberry May 31, 2023 7:00pm at Forsyth Country Club June 10, 2023 9:00am at Chadwyck There is also a Referee clinic for those who have been a Stroke & Turn judge for at least 2 years: Referee Clinic (must have 2 years experience as S&T judge) May 8, 2023 7:00pm at Peace Haven Any questions, please let us know!
