Stingray Families -

Our last regular meet is TONIGHT (Tuesday, July 6th) vs. Peace Haven Dolphins. Let's finish our season strong with some big cheering and fast swimming! Here are the details for tonight:

1. LOCATION: 420 Hearthside Drive, Winston-Salem. 
2. SETUP: Waterford should set-up along the baby pool side of the pool. There is also space inside the baby pool area, but swimming in this pool is not allowed by swimmers. 
3. ARRIVAL: Peace Haven says our area will be ready at 4:30pm for setup. 
4. WHAT TO BRING: Some seating is available, however, families may want to bring chairs as it is limited. TENTS are also great to create some shade!
5. PARKING: Our families can drop swimmers off once the main lot is full, but will then need to park on the street. PLEASE park on the POOL SIDE of Hearthside Road only. No cars are allowed to park on the opposite side of the pool. Additionally, Peace Haven has had complaints from neighbors on side streets regarding cars parked on both sides of the street. This has made some areas of the roads difficult to drive through. Please be mindful when parking on these streets.
6. CONCESSIONS: Chick-fil-A sandwiches for $5, chips, drinks, candy and snacks are available at our Snack Shack during the meet. Unfortunately, we are only able to take cash from non-members. Kona Ice will be available near the tennis courts.
7. WARM-UPS: Warm-ups for Peace Haven will begin 4:45pm, followed by Waterford at 5:00 pm.
8. RESTROOMS: men’s and women’s restrooms are located on the shallow end of the pool, as well as in the back shelter.
9. PLAYGROUND: The playground is unsupervised. While it is fine that our team enjoys it, we must make sure that parents supervise their kids. 
10. HEAT SHEET: Will be sent as soon as it is ready!
