As we head into the weekend, here are a few timely reminders and deadlines happening TODAY!

• Meet Sign-outs Due for June 14 & June 16 Meet: If you are NOT participating in the Tuesday, June 14 or Thursday, June 16 swim meets, you MUST SIGN-OUT. All sign-outs are DUE TONIGHT- FRIDAY BY MIDNIGHT.Go online to our swim meet calendar list, click "Meet Entry", then "Edit" - select your swimmer and declare their intentions not to attend. 
• Team Photo Day: Mark your calendar for Tuesday, June 14th. All swimmers should be dressed in swim meet suits (black) and be ready to smile! There will NOT be practice that morning. Be on the pool deck by 8:30am to lineup for the photo. Denise Christian who does our photos is a pro, and will also offer individual swimmer & sibling photos after the team photo!
• FINAL Gear Order: If you did not get the chance to order a Hoodie, or a Team shirt for a parent, or a hat / visor - this is your last chance! We will close our Team Store tonight (Friday, June10) at midnight. THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE! Due to popular demand, we have also added a women's black tank to the store. Similar to what the coaches wear, just without the word "coach" on the back! This is a great option for hot swim meets. Tanks are $15. STORE LINK: https://waterford.swimtopia.com/stingrayshop
• Concession Donations: Reminder to submit your concessions donations TODAY (you can drop them by the pool anytime it's open). Our first home meet is Tuesday and we need Gatorade and name-brand sodas to stock our table! Make sure to mark your name on the drinks and write "Stingrays" so they don't get confused with the HOA stash.
