The heat sheet is attached below. Please remember to print a copy to bring with you. It’s also helpful to highlight ahead of time. We encourage homers to write their events on their leg or their arm… This helps volunteers direct them to the right place. Coaches will help direct younger kids to events, but parents should also be ready to help! The playground at new Sherwood is fantastic but it can also be very distracting. if you know your swimmer should be lining up, please help us get them to the pool deck on time. Different from our practice meet, when it’s time for the race, we will NOT stop the meet to look for a swimmer who is missing. So please make sure you’re paying attention to the event numbers!

Parents - if you were volunteering, thank you! Please make sure you check in with Becky Mckinnon at the volunteer table once you arrive to the meet.

New Sherwood is going to swim 6 & Under backstroke directly after freestyle in order to allow families with younger kids to be done earlier. We are attaching the revised order of events to this email for your reference. (NOTE: if your swimmer swims in event 43 or 44, note the change in the order)
